I designed Ting Yin Yung: Catalogue Raisonné, Oil Paintings for the Li Ching Foundation—an authoritative publication chronicling the life and complete works in oil of the modern Chinese artist Ting Yin Yung (1902–1978). Collaborating with author Rita Wong and publisher Hatje Cantz, I sought to create a design that honors Ting’s expressive spirit and his synthesis of Eastern and Western art traditions.
