Studio | Woodstock, Vermont

The painting studio is at my home on Barberry Hill in Woodstock, Vermont, where the evolving landscape—its majesty and gentleness, scale and intimacy, history and freshness, quietude and privacy, beauty and imperfection—inspires my work. The north light, seasonal changes, weathered surfaces, stone walls, forests, meadows, and wildflowers affect the imagery, shapes, and colors in my oil paintings and reflect my fondness for creating harmony with age-old traditions through contemporary painting.

The studio is a private workspace that I also open to visitors. Email me to arrange a visit. Paintings here are in progress or waiting to be framed before they travel to the gallery in nearby Quechee.
